We are looking for a talented Learning and Development Specialist to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to assess and identify training needs across the organization;
  • Conduct thorough analyses to understand current skill gaps and future requirements;
  • Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and training manuals;
  • Incorporate adult learning principles and innovative instructional design methodologies;
  • Deliver training sessions in various formats, ensuring a dynamic and participatory learning experience;
  • Utilize a variety of training methods to accommodate diverse learning styles;
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in learning technologies;
  • Leverage technology to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training programs;
  • Implement robust evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of learning programs;
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to continuously improve and iterate training initiatives;
  • Work closely with HR, department heads, and subject matter experts to align learning initiatives with business goals;
  • Foster a culture of learning and development across the organization.

Essential professional experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field;
  • Proven experience as an L&D Specialist or similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
