Your main responsibilities will be:

• Obtaining new licenses and resolving critical legal questions in new markets;
• Managing legal interactions with partners and stakeholders;
• Building and leading the internal legal department structure;
• Developing and implementing legal policies and procedures;
• Ensuring legal compliance with local and international laws and regulations;
• Advising the CEO and management on legal matters and risk assessment;
• Representing the company in legal proceedings and negotiations;
• Support of the operation activity (contracts, labour, commercial, corporate matters).

Essential professional experience:

• Strong legal background in the gambling industry;
• English and Ukrainian/Russian knowledge is mandatory;
• Experience in obtaining licenses and/or resolving legal questions in new markets;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to build and lead a team of legal professionals;
• Knowledge international laws and regulations;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
